Likewise, unloading at the destination is entirely the buyer’s responsibility. After completing the transaction, you will be emailed all instructions necessary for picking up the container from the terminal. These documents (usually the shipment reference number, depot location, and terminal operator contact details) are to be handed over to the carrier of your choice. Based on them, the carrier will pick up the container at the depot and deliver it to the address you specify. We recommend using the services of a local carrier experienced in handling containers and equipped with suitable equipment (hook loader, lowboy trailer with extendable ramps, or a crane).

The container in the illustrative photos is only a sample. Because we have a larger number of pieces in the depot, you will usually receive a different item, but always in the same quality category, type, size, and design. Container color changes daily – please check the current availability of a specific shade by personal inquiry before completing the order. Please note that for safety and operational reasons, customers do not have access to the depot for the purpose of inspecting the container.
