The structure of the shipping container is made of highly durable and anti-corrosion Corten A steel. This structure is assembled from vertical corrugated steel sheets, also known as trapezoidal sheet. 28 mm hardwood plywood is used for the floor of the container. After the floor installation is complete, all substructures and the floor are coated with asphalt with a minimum dry film thickness of 200 microns.

Each container is equipped with double doors on the rear frame that can rotate up to 270 degrees. The doors are made of pressed horizontal corrugated steel sheets with different thicknesses - 3.0 mm for the top and bottom and 2.0 mm for the middle part of the door. The side walls of the container are made of steel panels with a thickness of 1.6 mm.

Each container is equipped with two small plastic ventilation grilles, which are attached to the upper right of each side wall with three 5.0 mm aluminum hinged screws and are sealed with sealant to water leakage was prevented.

All door hardware is galvanized to a thickness of approximately 75 microns. All fastening materials such as self-tapping screws, screws, nuts, hinges, cam handles and fastening hardware are galvanized with a thickness of approximately 13 microns.

All steel surfaces, including welds, are completely blasted prior to application of the epoxy primer. After the primer has dried, the exterior of the container is given a high-strength topcoat, such as RAL 7015, while the interior is painted with a polyamide-cured epoxy resin topcoat. The dry film thickness of the topcoat is 40 microns for exterior and interior.
