40′ HC High Cube container dimensions and volume.
The 40′ High Cube (HC) container differs from a standard 40′ container in that it is taller, providing more space indoors. The dimensions of this container are as follows:
- Length:12.2 m (40 ft).
- Width:2.44 m (8 feet).
- Height:2.9 m (9.5 ft).
These dimensions give a volume of approximately 76.2 m³, making it an ideal solution for transporting or storing bulky goods or large quantities of materials. The High Cube container is the ideal choice for sea, road and rail transport. Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer.
IICL 6 quality – guaranteed durability.
IICL 6 quality containers meet the stringent international testing standards of the International Institute of Container Lessors (IICL). This means that these containers are not only visually free of major defects, but are also structurally strong and suitable for long-term use. They are ideal for repeated use during transport or for storage in harsh environments.
Separate collection from depot in Italy – Pontenure
The container price does not include shipping. It is up to the customer to arrange a separate pick-up from the Pontenure depot with their own transport company. Once an agreement has been made, we will provide you with all the information you need to pick up the container, which you can pass on to your carrier.
Storage of the container at the destination is also the responsibility of the customer. We therefore recommend working with local freight forwarders who have experience in container handling and transport.
For logistical reasons, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact item pictured. However, each container is of the same quality, dimensions and type. The colour of the containers is always available on request, as stock levels and colour variations can change from week to week. We currently offer containers in RAL 7012 – a grey colour reminiscent of light graphite. This colour is not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical as it is less susceptible to visible dirt and discolouration.
For security reasons, customers do not have access to the Pontenure warehouse to physically inspect the containers. We are happy to inform you in advance of the condition and quality of the containers. This way you can be sure that you are buying a product that meets your requirements.
If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality container that meets all your expectations, the 40′ High Cube IICL 6 is the right choice! Contact us for more information on availability and to facilitate the storage or transport of your materials and goods.
