A crane is needed to fold the container, which the customer provides himself. Loading the container at the depot is already included in the price.

Shipping of only one piece within the Czech Republic up to size 20′ is €140 without VAT = €170 including VAT. Outside the territory of the Czech Republic, it is necessary to request transport individually according to the destination.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF THE THERMOKING FREEZER CONTAINER

The container consists of two parts: the loading space (container) and the unit

The CRR model are all-electric, one-piece, bottom-flow air coolers. Each unit is designed to cool and heat containers for ship or ground transportation of deep-frozen, frozen, chilled or heated cargo. Each unit is mounted in the front wall of the container. Forklift pockets are available for mounting and dismounting the unit.

The frame and bulkhead panels are made of aluminum and treated against corrosion. The hinged and removable evaporator door enables easy service access. All operating components except the evaporator coil and electric heating elements can be replaced from the front of the unit.

All units are equipped for operation at 460-380 V/3 Ph/60-50 Hz. The CRR40-300 and CRR40-311 units are equipped with a 18.3 m power cord. The CRR40-309 units are equipped with a 21.3 m (70 ft.) power cord. To operate on 460-380 V/3 Ph/60-50 Hz, plug the 460-380 V power cord into the appropriate power source.

Each unit is equipped with electric motors 460-380 V/3 Ph/60-50 Hz. The automatic phase correction system ensures the correct sequence of electrical phases for operation of the condenser fan and evaporator fan motors. The unit’s power cable is stored under the control box in the condenser section.

The unit is equipped with a semi-hermetic reciprocating compressor with a liquid injection system, a microprocessor control system with an integrated data logger, two-speed or variable evaporator fans and a fresh air exchange system.

The cooling unit includes a semi-hermetic piston compressor with a forced lubrication system, internal protection against overload and high temperatures, and a coolant injection system.

The MP-3000 control unit includes control of cooling system components, thermostat, digital thermometer, fault indication and data recording in one separate package.

The control unit is mounted in a case resistant to weather and corrosion. The large-area LED display (above) enables easy display of the temperature of the control sensor (return or supply air temperature). The four-line, 20-character LCD display (at the bottom) displays important data including the desired temperature, the controller’s main menu tree and important unit operating data.
