After the transaction is closed, we will send you all the documents necessary for pickup: container number, depot address, contact details, and further instructions. You will hand these documents over to your carrier, who will then pick up the container at the depot and deliver it to the location you specify.

You will usually receive a different piece than the one in the illustrative pictures, as we have several containers in the depot and their colors and availability change daily, but always in the same category of quality, type, and size. For security reasons, customers do not have access to the depot for inspection purposes.
