What is the Base System and How It Works

The base system was developed specifically for leveling containers whose corner castings comply with the ISO standard. The heart of the solution is an adjustable block that allows smooth height adjustment in the range of 150 to 250 mm. The blocks are placed under all four bottom corner castings of the container, so the entire structure achieves a perfectly horizontal position even on sloped or uneven surfaces.

Each adjustable block is rated for a maximum load of 6 tons, which provides sufficient reserve even for fully equipped or loaded containers. When using a complete set of four blocks, the system can reliably support even heavy assemblies with a total load capacity of 24 tons. It is necessary to observe the stated permissible load capacity to ensure long-term operational safety.

An important feature is the patent protection and utility model that protect this system. This guarantees customers the original design and proven quality that has undergone demanding certification processes.

Adjustable Block HZ-CMCCR150 and Fixing Block HZ-1500CM5T

The basic element of the system is the container adjustable block (type HZ-CMCCR150). Its compact dimensions of 200 × 200 × 150 mm and weight of 17.2 kg make it an easily portable yet massive component. With the built-in mechanism, the height can be smoothly adjusted from a minimum of 150 mm to a maximum of 250 mm above the ground. The container fixing block HZ-1500CM5T serves exclusively as a support element. In this way, the total support height can be safely increased and even more significant unevenness in container placement can be compensated.

Connecting Screw – Stability in All Circumstances

When placing several containers next to each other, it is advisable to maintain a constant distance between individual modules. This is served by the connecting screw, which firmly connects adjacent base blocks. Screws are ordered as supplementary accessories, they are not automatically included in the basic set. Two length variants are available:

• Smaller screw (designation HZ-CMVR100X) with dimensions approximately 100 × 140 × 24 mm and weight 0.6 kg.
• Longer screw (HZ-CMVR390X) with dimensions 390 × 430 × 24 mm and weight 1.6 kg.

Thanks to the screws, the entire assembly remains rigid and there is no risk of spontaneous separation of the containers.

5T Jack – Reliable Helper for Every Assembly

The basic set includes a manual jack with a load capacity of 5 tons (catalog designation HZ-1500CM5T). Its robust construction is designed for frequent use in demanding conditions. The advantages of the jack include:

• Acceptable operating forces on the manual crank – lifting the load does not require enormous physical effort,
• A built-in brake in the manual crank reliably holds the load in any position,
• An overload protection device protects both the jack and the operator,
• Minimal maintenance requirements and long service life.

The jack is designed to safely lift the corner of a container and allow the insertion of an adjustable block. A 10-ton capacity variant is also produced as standard, but the basic set includes the 5-ton model, which is fully sufficient for most applications.

Set and Expansion Options

The basic set contains 4 pieces of HZ-CMCCR150 adjustable blocks and 1 piece of 5T jack. This assembly covers all four corners of one container. If additional blocks are needed (e.g., for leveling multiple containers or as a backup), blocks can be purchased separately at a discounted price without the jack.

Connecting screws are ordered separately – just choose the appropriate length according to the expected spacing of the containers. We will be happy to provide the price of the screws upon request.
