A rented insulated container is exactly the solution that provides workers on site with a quality shelter for rest, changing, administration and storage. Thanks to its robust construction, insulation and mobility, these containers are essential equipment for a modern construction site.
What advantages does an insulated container offer for a construction base?
An insulated container provides a stable internal climate even in extreme temperatures, which means maximum comfort for your employees year‑round. Its construction is designed for easy handling – it can be moved by crane or forklift precisely where it is needed. Lockable doors and a solid structure ensure the safety of both personal belongings and equipment inside.
Who will use a rented insulated container?
Primarily construction companies of all sizes, development firms or implementation teams working on infrastructure projects. It is also suitable for renovations or short‑term investment actions where quality facilities are needed quickly without lengthy construction.
Where is a rented container suitable?
Insulated containers are suitable for any construction site – from small residential houses to large industrial projects. Their flexibility allows placement even on hard‑to‑access locations. Easy installation and immediate usability are their biggest advantages.
How can the interior of a rented container be arranged?
A rented container cannot be structurally altered, but it offers flexibility in furnishing. You can equip it with modular furniture – tables, chairs, lockable lockers for personal items, simple shelves for documents or tools. For greater comfort you can add portable heating, a cooling unit, refrigerator, microwave or electric kettle. Basic electrical installation is usually part of the standard equipment.
How many people fit into a 20‑foot container?
A standard 20‑foot container (approx. 6 × 2.4 m) comfortably accommodates 6–8 workers if used as a changing room or rest area. When combined with office equipment, capacity is lower, which is ideal for site management or technical supervision.
Ideas for using the space in an insulated container
- Changing room and rest area: Divide the space into storage lockers and benches for changing, add coat hooks for workwear.
- On‑site office: Equip the container with a work desk, chairs, document shelves and basic technical equipment.
- Canteen and relaxation zone: Place a table, chairs and a kitchen corner with a microwave and refrigerator inside the container.
