Each of the used 40’HC (High Cube) containers has dimensions of 12.1 m in length, 2.43 m in width and 2.89 m in height. Combining these two containers gives a usable area of approximately 60 m². Preparation and assembly of the assembly

The preparation of the containers is done by us and we deliver the containers to our customers almost ready-made, so it takes a day or two for on-site assembly depending on the size and complexity of the job.

We only need the crane on site for 2-3 hours, we only need to fold and settle the containers.

If the area under the containers is not sufficiently firm and level, there is a high risk of leakage into the containers, as the construction of the containers will be twisted and this will cause leaks in the joints between the containers

– Accessories can only be fitted to containers purchased from us.

– in the case of ship container conversions, there is no longer free transport in the Czech Republic (this is because there is more manipulation with the container through the conversion, or we have to transport to external locksmith companies where we realize such conversions)

– transport to the place of assembly (transport calculated according to destination)

– preparation of the surface under the containers (the customer is responsible for this)

– ramp wide HZ CONTAINERS not included in the price of the assembly (can be purchased)

What needs to be ensured before delivery by the customer:

– paved surface under the containers

– flat surface +- 20 mm on the entire area under the containers

– electrical power supply – 220 V or 380 V. The containers must be welded together on site + welding of other components at the assembly site (electricity at the assembly site is a prerequisite)

– sufficient handling space for placing the containers on the crane and on the trucks with the containers

– crane for about 2-3 hours on site for folding and settling the containers

– handling space for assembly

Price is per unit and shipping is not included. Free shipping does not apply to this offer due to the fact that this is a container with additional modifications!

A crane is required to assemble the container, which is provided by the customer. The loading of the container at the depot is already included in the price.

Please send us together with the container request also the place where the container is to be delivered. We will send you a quotation of the cost of transport in the Czech Republic. We manufacture these containers mainly in the Czech Republic due to the shipping costs.
