We offer leveling feet for shipping containers. The so-called leveling pads are designed for quick and safe leveling of the shipping container on uneven surfaces.

The leveling feet without locking are used for leveling uneven surfaces and stabilizing the shipping container on uneven ground, just like the leveling feet with locking. However, the leveling feet without locking are not a permanent part of the container and do not function to secure the container against shifting or movement.

After leveling, any excess pipe must be cut off. The depth of the corner block is 100 mm, so we recommend cutting it to 80-90 mm (so that the leveling rod does not press against the corner block, but the block is placed on the leveling pad) – see image.

Use of leveling feet without locking in practice:

Maintaining Stability: Although leveling feet without locking do not provide a firm fixation to prevent the container from shifting or moving, they still contribute to the container’s stability by allowing it to be leveled and properly balanced on uneven terrain.

It is important to note that leveling feet without locking do not prevent the container from shifting or moving during handling and transport. Therefore, additional securing of the container using other means, such as straps or latches, is necessary to minimize the risk of tipping or accidents.

What needs to be ensured before installation?
You must ensure that the container is in a horizontal position, otherwise, it will be difficult to open and close the doors. It’s the same as installing windows or doors in a house. If the door or window frame is not level, the doors will not close properly.

When using the leveling feet, it is also important to consider the surrounding influences. The container must be secured to prevent sliding or shifting. Unlike leveling feet with locking, these do not have twist lock mechanisms.
