The opening for the additional door is reinforced with an additional frame, so that the structural strength of the container, where the steel panels are located, is not weakened.
A container modified in this way by us can only be used for storage purposes and cannot be further used for sea transport.
You yourself choose the category of shipping container from our offer from the category AS IS 10 (worst) to IICL6 (best), in which we will then install additional doors.
The price is then for the selected type of container according to the selected category + the price for assembly. The location of the door is at the request of the customer +-10 cm location according to the trapezoidal sheet.
We will also provide transport, including loading and assembly.
Additional doors on shipping containers are additional doors placed in the container that serve to facilitate the loading and unloading of cargo. They have several advantages and uses:
Flexibility in loading and unloading: An additional door located on the side of the container allows access to the cargo from the side. This makes it easier to handle the cargo.
The possibility of dividing the container into sections: Additional doors can be placed in different places of the container, which makes it possible to divide the container into sections. This is useful if there is a need to separate different types of cargo or to provide separate space.
Ease of access when unloading: Additional doors allow easy access to the cargo from the side or rear of the container. This can greatly facilitate the unloading of cargo, especially when large volumes of cargo need to be unloaded and loaded quickly.
However, additional doors on shipping containers obviously require increased acquisition costs. The additional door represents another component of the container structure, which leads to an increase in production costs, but the result is worth it.
