- Load capacity: the floor has a load capacity according to the container of 27,310 kg over the entire area.
The customer primarily wanted this type of floor for aesthetics, to avoid having an unsightly wooden floor. We cannot guarantee deformation resistance of the floor under excessive point load.
The advantage of this material is the anti-slip surface. The floor is assembled from several flooring panels of approximately 1200 x 2500 mm in size. The total area of the aluminum floor is approx. 14.64 m² for a 20’ or 20’HC container.
Floor installation:
- the sheet is partially glued and screwed
- the perimeter of the sheets is sealed with silicone

- can only be installed in containers purchased from us
- in the case of modifications in the shipping container, free transport within the Czech Republic is no longer available. This is because the container requires more handling due to the modifications, or we must transport it to external metalworking companies where such modifications are carried out

However, it is important to note that resistance to deformation under excessive point load cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we recommend ensuring even weight distribution when handling heavy objects.
