However, if you plan to build a residential container larger than 40 m² or if it will have more than one above-ground floor, you will need to file a building notification or obtain a building permit. When filing a building notification, you will need to provide proof of land ownership, territorial decision, project documentation, and consents from persons with ownership rights or property encumbrances.

Any wooden or aluminum profiles that are used as a framework for construction, for example drywall, then copy the irregularities of the container walls and ceiling.
