We offer a used 40’HC (High Cube) Freezer and Refrigeration Shipping Container, referred to as “Reefer”, by one sea route. The container is equipped with a valid CSC label for ship and train transport valid for 5 years from the date of manufacture.

It has a freezing and cooling unit with a temperature range from -40 °C to +40 °C. So it keeps stored or transported goods at the required temperature when stored correctly.

The outer painting of the container is in white RAL 9010, which is common for Reefer containers precisely through the elimination of the absorption of the sun’s rays, which in the case of e.g. black paint would unnecessarily heat up the container.

FREEZING CONTAINER 40’HC – equipment

This 40’HC freezer container is equipped with a ThermoKing MagnumPlus refrigeration unit with R-404A refrigerant. Inside the container, you will find a flat floor, lighting, a PVC belt curtain and a so-called “butcher’s door” allowing personal access to the container without having to open the entire part of the door. The container is also equipped with a CEE socket for shore power (400V, 32A, 5p6h).

FEATURES OF THE 40′ HC REEFER CONTAINER

This type of container with a cooling unit is used for various types of transport and is dependent on the supply of electricity for its operation.

Freezer containers can reach temperatures down to -40°C, while refrigerated containers can reach temperatures up to +40°C, all in compliance with ISO standards.

The machines are intended for transporting deep-frozen, frozen, chilled or heated cargo over long distances. Temperature range -40°C to 30°C. With the addition of extended capacity heaters and software, temperatures up to +40°C can be achieved.
The unit is also equipped with temperature sensors and sensor alarms for temperature monitoring.
The machinery is fully functional and works satisfactorily at ambient temperatures from -30°C to 50°C. Components are built to withstand temperatures up to 70°C (158°F).
Overall, the device is designed to withstand and operate in marine and environmental conditions such as: salt air, sea fog, high humidity and adverse weather conditions.
