We offer leveling legs for shipping containers. The so-called leveling pads are designed for quick and safe leveling of the shipping container on an uneven surface.
Leveling feet without detent are used to level unevenness and stabilize the shipping container on an uneven surface, just like leveling feet with detent. However, leveling feet without locking are not a fixed part of the container and do not have the function of securing the container against displacement or movement.
After leveling, the rest of the pipe must be cut off in case of overlap. The depth of the corner block is 100 mm, so we recommend cutting it to 80-90 mm (that is, so that the leveling rod does not press on the corner block, but the block is placed on the leveling pad) – see the attached picture.

Use of leveling feet without locking in practice:
Leveling unevenness: Leveling feet without locking are designed to level unevenness and ensure the balance of the container on an uneven surface. They help minimize the risk of the container falling or moving during handling and storage.
Height adjustability: Leveling feet without locking can be adjustable, allowing you to adjust the height of the container as needed. This is useful when handling and storing different types of goods and ensures optimal working conditions.
Maintaining stability: Although non-locking leveling feet cannot provide a firm fixation of the container against shifting or movement, they still contribute to the stability of the container by allowing it to be leveled and properly balanced on uneven ground.
It is important to note that non-locking leveling feet will not prevent the container from shifting or moving during handling and transport. Therefore, it is necessary to additionally secure the container with other means, such as straps or latches, to minimize the risk of overturning or accidents.
What needs to be ensured before installation?
You must ensure that the container is in a horizontal position, otherwise it will be difficult to open and close the door. It’s the same as installing a window or door in a house. If the door or window frame is not straight, then the door will not close properly.
When using it, it is also necessary to take into account the surrounding influences. You must secure the container so that it does not slide or move. Unlike leveling legs with locking, these are not equipped with twist locks.
